brief

Esh Group constructed the Bohouse North project working in partnership with the Thirteen Group. Located in the heart of the Boho Zone in Middlesbrough the 40 one and two bedroom apartments feature balconies or roof gardens. I was briefed to produce images of the completed building at different times of day to showcase the regeneration of the area.

execution

I visited the Boho Zone area of Middlesbrough twice to capture the Bohouse North development in different light. Photographing the building during sunset had its challenges but was useful in bringing a warmth to the brickwork and surrounding area. I was interested in the reflections of the sky in the glazing and I wanted to give the building a graphic look which the Bohouse particularly suited with the use of black and white.

I produced a collection of images for PR and marketing purposes.
